Scholarship recipients

Since 2016, thirty-seven women have received one or more scholarships from the Foundation. Donations from our generous donors have enabled the Foundation to offer $52,500 in bursaries in 2023.

The Foundation's bursary program is open to all New Brunswick women with significant financial needs.

Bursaries are awarded to enable women to obtain a college or university education.

2023-2024 Scholarship holders

Tanya Arseneault from Colette NB - She is starting the Juris Doctor (Droit) program at the Université de Moncton. She will complete her program in May 2025.

Maude Boudreau from Dauversière NB - She is entering the first year of the Health Sciences Preparatory Program (D.S.S.) at the Université de Moncton - Moncton campus. She intends to pursue a career in pharmacy. She will complete the D.S.S. program in May 2025.

Olivia Thibeault of Balmoral, NB - She is entering the first year of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at the Université de Moncton - Moncton campus. She will complete the program in May 2027.

Camille Kuate of Kedgwick, NB - She is entering the first year of the Diplôme préparatoire en sciences de la santé (D.S.S.) at Université Sainte-Anne in Nova Scotia. She intends to pursue a career in dentistry. She will complete the program in May 2025.

Isabelle Brun of Dieppe, NB - She is entering her third year of the Bachelor of Nutrition program at the Université de Moncton - Moncton campus. She will graduate in June 2025.

Scholarship renewals

Janie Maltais - renewal of a $7,500 bursary. She is in her second year of the Bachelor of Social Sciences, majoring in Social Work at the University of Ottawa. She will graduate in May 2026.

Marylene David - $7,500 scholarship renewal. Enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at the Université de Moncton - Shippagan campus, she will complete the program in May 2024.

2022-2023 Scholarship holders

Marylène David from Inkerman - Ferry She is entering her second year of the Passerelle Program - Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Université de Moncton - Shippagan Campus.

Sharon Deschênes of Rivière-Verte - She is entering her second year of studies in Correctional Techniques at the Collège communautaire du N.-B. (CCNB) - Edmundston Campus. She will complete her program in June 2023.

Camille Dugas of Bertrand - She is entering the final year of a 3-year Dental Hygiene program at La Cité College in Ottawa. She will complete her program in April 2023.

Janie Maltais from Saint-Arthur -She is entering the first year of a 4-year Bachelor of Social Sciences in Social Work at the University of Ottawa.

Ginette Rossignol of Notre-Dame de Lourdes will receive a $5,000 renewable bursary to enable her to undertake studies in Practical Nursing at the Collège Communautaire N.-B. (CCNB) - Edmundston campus.

Sélina Roberts from Pointe du Chêne received a $5,000 bursary to undertake her second year of studies in Medical Secretarial at CCNB - Dieppe campus.

Caroline Christine Bossé receives a $2,000 bursary to complete in June 2021 the Special Education and Autism Intervention Techniques program at CCNB-campus in Campbellton.

Lilianne Dusabe receives a $3,000 scholarship to complete her studies at the Université de Moncton in April 2022 for a Bachelor's degree in Social Work.

Andrée-Anne Leblanc receives a $3,000 scholarship to begin studies at the Université de Moncton in September to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.

Chloé Roy receives a $2,000 bursary to complete in June 2021 the Delinquency Intervention Techniques program at the CCNB-campus in Dieppe.

Tiana Skerry is receiving a $2,000 scholarship to begin studies at the Université de Moncton in September 2020 to obtain a Bachelor of Nursing degree

2019-2020 Scholarship recipients

Sarah Daigle received a $4,000 renewable scholarship. Sarah is enrolled in law at the Université de Moncton.

Marie-Joëlle Dako received a $4,000 renewable scholarship. Marie-Joëlle is a mature student enrolled in her second year of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at the Université de Moncton who plans to graduate in 2021.

Marylène David received a $2,000 scholarship. Marylène is enrolled in the Practical Nursing program at the Acadian Peninsula Campus of the New Brunswick Community College.

Rosanne Richard received a $2,000 renewable scholarship. Rosanne is a 1989 high school graduate. This is a return to school for Rosanne, she is enrolled in her first year of the Building Engineering Technology program at the Bathurst campus of the New Brunswick Community College.

2018-2019 Scholarship Recipients

Annie Landry, a mature student who is currently pursuing her studies in medical secretarial studies at CCNB campus in Campbellton, received a $2,500 scholarship. She began the final year of her two-year program in September.

Élise-Anne Laplante is returning to school by enrolling in a Master's degree in Art History at the Université du Québec à Montréal. She received a $2,500 bursary renewable for the duration of the Master's program.

Émilie Rousselle, a 2018 graduate of École Odyssée de Moncton, received a $5,000 scholarship renewable for the duration of her four-year program at the Université de Moncton.
