The Marichette Foundation offers scholarships to New Brunswick women who live in financial insecurity to help them pursue training likely to allow them to achieve financial independence.
The scholarships are financed through donations and activities organized by the Foundation. The total amount of scholarships awarded annually depends on the annual revenues and performance of the Fund. In August, the Foundation launched a major fundraising campaign Studying Gives Wings which allowed it to get closer to its objective of a $2 million fund, which will allow it to increase the number of scholarships and their amounts.
